About Borecade
Last updated 5 November 2026
Borecade is a free website of short, skill-based games for the few spare minutes in a day: a break at work or school, a wait, a commute. Every game opens with one tap and plays in seconds on a phone or a computer, with no account and nothing to download.
What you can play
Original games in three categories, Arcade, Puzzle and Casual, each built for touch and for the keyboard. Every day at 00:00 UTC a new Daily Challenge gives everyone the same game and the same board, with one attempt; finish it on days in a row to build a streak.
Accounts are optional
Your best scores are kept in your browser from your first game. An account, made with a username and a password, is only needed to put your scores on the leaderboards, to keep your progress across devices and to add friends. You choose a public display name; your username is never shown.
How Borecade is paid for
Borecade is free and is paid for by advertising. Ads never show while you play, before your first game, or as pop-ups over a game: only between rounds and around the page. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent first. The Privacy policy explains what this means for your data.
Fair scores
Every score on a leaderboard is checked by the server, and impossible scores are never shown.
Who makes Borecade
